Mission

Snow Leopard Haven is dedicated to the conservation of the elusive snow leopard and its fragile Himalayan habitat in coordination with BIOCOS Nepal. Our mission is to protect this majestic apex predator and its natural prey species, the blue sheep, musk deer and Himalayan snowcock, while offering immersive experiences that foster a deeper understanding of its world. Through sustainable ecotourism, we aim to engage visitors in snow leopard tracking, rare wildlife observation, nature photography, and meditation retreats, all while supporting local communities and conservation efforts.

Vision

We envision a future where snow leopards roam freely in a thriving ecosystem, safeguarded by empowered local communities and passionate conservationists. Snow Leopard Haven aspires to be a hub for research, education, and sustainable tourism, inspiring people to connect with the “Queen of the Mountains” and contribute to her long-term survival. By training local youth as snow leopard scouts and collaborating with expert rangers, we strive to promote coexistence, raise awareness, and ensure the preservation of this extraordinary region for generations to come.
